Job description for Finance & Accounting Coordinator at Parastar Distrindo

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

Bertanggung jawab atas pembayaran , penagihan, & transaksi keuangan sehari hari perusahaan supaya dapat berjalan dengan baik & lancar
Melakukan verifikasi tax dan otorisasi terhadap semua transaksi ke vendor maupun internal yang diberikan oleh Finance
Melakukan input jurnal gaji, jurnal amortisasi dan jurnal penyesuaian (jika ada) pada sistem akuntansi
Melakukan review jurnal yang diinput oleh Finance
Bertanggungjawab dalam Menyusun laporan keuangan
Membuat listing atau supporting laporan keuangan. Misalnya listing AR, FA, Prepaid dan akun lainnya pada laporan keuangan (jika diperlukan)
Melakukan arsip dokumen penagihan (invoice dan faktur pajak), pembayaran (seluruh dokumen dari Finance) dan memastikan dokumen tersebut lengkap dan benar

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan Min. S1 Akutansi
Pengalaman Min. 2 tahun dibidang yang sama
Familiar dengan Cost Accounting, transaksi bank, accounting system, PPH dan PPN
Menguasai Ms. Office dengan baik (Ms. Excel)
Dapat bekerja dengan team maupun secara individual
Penempatan di Jakarta Utara
