MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Business:
• Manage and allocate trade MKT Investment
• Review and validate MKT proposals for trade activities to ensure its compliance to BAT policies & procedures before uploading into system
• Prepare tracking report of Trade MKT investment and manage savings / investment effectiveness
• Manage marketing overheads and budget allocation
• Manage PO creation
• Extract PO from system on monthly basis, keep track of Trade PO aging and collect savings for resource reallocation
• Manage B2B and PSA payment proposal
• Manage Trade Stock Return & Write off
• Prepare BATCash forecast and submit to Corporate Finance team on monthly basis
• Prepare and coordinate with Trade and BATM SG team for TT&C Agreement and Payment Documents
• In charge of accrual booking and adjustment
• Support to drive Trade MI budget forecasting and planning
• Supervise all the preparation of payment document submitted by MKT stakeholders
• Support Tax Audits, PO split, GR-IR issues, SRM maintenance, record management, and other ad hoc requests from senior stakeholders
2. People:
• Build strong collaborative working relationships within finance team
• Strong working relationships with cross functional employees
• Self-development by undertaking a capability gap analysis (leadership & functional competency) then pro-active drive development plan to ensure that the skill and knowledge levels meet expectations.
• Hold self responsible for high standards of delivery, on time and in full

• Bachelor of Economics, Finance, Accounting or related majors
• 03 years’ experience in Finance (preferably for MNC’s) or Audit
• Quick learner, creative and drive-for-results
• Good multiple task management skills with the ability to prioritize works. Able to response to unexpected changes
• Good inter-personal skills in dealing with internal and external customers/contacts at all levels
• Good communication and self-leadership skills
• Good English communication both speaking and writing
• Good knowledge of common application software e.g Excel, Power point, SAP knowledge is a plus.
