About the Role
We are seeking a disciplined and numbers-driven Finance & Administration Officer to support our financial and administrative operations at our coal mining site in Central Kalimantan. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial documentation, smooth day-to-day admin processes, and effective coordination between site and head office.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and financial documentation
- Manage petty cash records and administrative transactions
- Prepare payment requests, invoices, and supporting documents
- Maintain filing systems and financial records accurately
- Support monthly financial reporting and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate administrative matters between site and head office
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in Finance Administration or General Administration
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of handling confidential information
- Experience in mining operations is preferred

- Willing to be placed at Site, Central Kalimantan
- Physically and mentally fit for remote/site working conditions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced mining operation environment
