Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and financial administrative activities
- Process payment requests and maintain accurate payment records
- Prepare financial reports and support monthly closing activities
- Monitor and follow up on accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Assist with bank transactions, account reconciliations, and expense checking
- Provide Mandarin–Indonesian communication support for finance-related matters
- Organise and maintain financial files, documents, and supporting records.
Requirements
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with relevant work experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial administration processes
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
