In 2026, we will launch our own Property Management Group to provide end-to-end service and long-term peace of mind for owners, and from sales to architecture, design to delivery, our in-house team brings expertise across every stage of development to ensure exceptional quality, comfort, and execution. As the Property Administrator with a focus on finance accounting, you will serve as the backbone of our operational efficiency by managing critical administrative tasks and maintaining accurate financial records. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing daily accounting operations, coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless project execution, and supporting the broader goals of our Property Management Group launch. You will be expected to handle documentation related to property sales and development, assist in budgeting and financial reporting, and ensure that all administrative processes align with our high standards for quality and compliance. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic planning and financial health of prestigious real estate projects while working within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.
We welcome candidates who hold an Associate Degree education level and possess between one and three years of relevant experience in the field. To thrive in this position, you should demonstrate proficiency in a diverse range of skills including Hospitality Management, Real Estate Bidding, Real Estate Investment Planning, Real Estate, Villa Real Estate, Real Estate Planning, Real Estate Visual Design, Office Real Estate, AI Systems, and Real Estate Development.
