Job description for FINANCE, ACCOUNTING, TAX at PT. Indonesia Xin Hai Steel Structure
Job Description:
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations for clients and vendors
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Work with the operations team to verify documents, costing, and expense claims
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ensure the accuracy of financial data, accuracy of costing data and ensure the costing and inventory process.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or economic
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- English proficiency (oral / written) is an advantage.
- Able to work in a team and under tight schedules.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
