- Executive Reporting & BOD Decision Support: Synthesize complex accounting data into clear, visual management dashboards and financial review decks for the Board of Directors, providing actionable recommendations on resource allocation, pricing strategy, and branch expansion.

- Lead the monthly and year-end book-closing procedures in strict compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) using Xero.
- Maintain accurate tracking and safeguarding of client visa fund deposits and international tuition escrow balances in Xero.
3. Tax Preparation & Compliance

- Manage cross-border withholding tax documentation (DGT Form, Certificate of Domicile) and evaluate Double Tax Avoidance Agreements (P3B) concerning international commissions and offshore service fees.
- Assist in compiling audit-ready schedules and workpapers for the annual Corporate Income Tax Return (SPT Tahunan Badan).
- Serve as the internal point of contact for routine tax correspondence, tax audits, and compliance reviews.
4. Financial Operations & Treasury
- Issue accurate client invoices for visa processing packages and consultation services.
- Reconcile international commission payments received from partner universities against student enrolment records.
- Administer petty cash disbursements, bank transfers, and client refund requests strictly adhering to internal control policies.
- Collaborate closely with educational counsellors and visa processing teams to ensure payment clearance before visa lodgement and university enrolment deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements
