Job description for Finance Accounting Tax at Kwala
Job Description:
- Manage daily accounting operations (AR, AP, journal entries, bank reconciliation)
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial statements
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Ensure full tax compliance (PPh 21, 23, 25, 4(2), VAT/PPN)
- Monitor inventory valuation, COGS, and margin performance
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants when required
- Strengthen internal controls and financial SOPs
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the Founder
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax (retail/FMCG/e-commerce preferred)
- Strong in budgeting, financial analysis, and tax compliance
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Independent, detail-oriented, and business-minded
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing and agile environment
