We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Accounting & Tax Supervisor to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success and growth of our Indonesia operations.
Position: Accounting & Tax Supervisor
Location: Tangerang, Jakarta
Responsibilities:
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Budget Management: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Tax Reporting: Oversee all tax reporting requirements and ensure timely and accurate submission in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors and ensure the successful completion of financial audits in accordance with applicable standards.
• Compliance: Stay up to date with local accounting and tax regulations, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian financial reporting standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting operations.
• Variance Analysis: Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Indonesian Tax Brevet A & B certification is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or tax roles.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
