Finance Accounting Tax Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation from a reputable University
• Fluent in English
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
• Proven experience handling Tax Audits successfully.
• Experience in trading, manufacturing, or the metal/steel industry is highly preferred.
• Able to use MS Office (Ms. Word/ Excel) & accounting software
• Experienced in Tax Refund & have good understanding in Tax Treaty
• Must have Tax Brevet A & B certificates.
• Able to handle taxation & accounting job of the company
• Track record of achieving at least a 70% success rate in tax returns/refunds (restitusi)
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Good understanding of hedging (managing currency or commodity price risks)
• Able to reviewing contract to ensure all calculation in the contract is already correct
• Willing to do business trip
• Familiar with accounting systems (like SAP or Accurate) and official tax apps (e-Faktur, e-SPT).

Job Desc:

• Prepare and report all monthly and annual taxes (PPN, PPh 21, 22, 23, 25, 29).
• Manage tax return (restitusi) processes to ensure a minimum 70% success/approval value.
• Lead the company during Tax Audits (Audit Pajak) and communicate professionally with tax officers.
• Keep up with the latest tax regulations to avoid penalties
• Calculate, calculate, and report monthly employee payroll taxes (specifically PPh 21).
• Ensure all PPh 21 data is accurate and submitted on time via tax applications.
• Handle hedging transactions to protect the company from price changes in steel/metal and currency fluctuations (USD/IDR).
• Monitor commodity market trends and coordinate with banks regarding hedging contracts.
• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries and bank transactions.
• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss).
• Monitor cash flow to ensure the company has enough funds for trading operations
