Job description for Finance Accounting Tax Supervisor (Food Manufacturing) at Recruicity
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day accounting and taxation activities.
- Prepare and review financial accounting records and reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax calculation, reporting, and compliance.
- Handle monthly and annual tax reporting and related documentation.
- Review tax reconciliation and identify potential tax issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties, including tax consultants and auditors when required.
- Support tax audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
- Monitor compliance with applicable accounting standards and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Assist in improving accounting and tax processes and internal controls.
- Supervise and provide guidance to accounting/tax team members.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting & Tax, preferably with supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation and accounting principles.
- Experience in FMCG, Food manufacturing, retail, or similar industries is highly preferred.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Honest, responsible, disciplined, and hardworking.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to work and be based around Bekasi/Cikarang.
