Job description for Finance Accounting Tax Staff at PT Paprika Multi Media (Jakarta)
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance, Accounting, and Tax Staff role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. will be :
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Perform month-end closing, including journal entries and account reconciliation.
- Manage fixed assets and monthly depreciation.
- Prepare accrual, prepaid expense, amortization, and adjustment journals.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
- Handle withholding tax calculation and reporting through Coretax.
- Support annual corporate income tax reporting.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide required financial data.
- Prepare financial analysis and ad-hoc reports for management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2- 5 Years of relevant Accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Accounting Software and practical accounting processes.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information clearly.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and experience in tax reporting and compliance.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong Finance and Financial Statements skills, with the ability to prepare, review, and interpret financial reports.
