Job description for Finance Accounting Tax Staff at Indofresh
About:
PT Indofresh is an importer and distributor of fresh fruits supplying retailers, supermarkets, and wholesalers across Indonesia. The company’s business process spans sourcing from international suppliers, import handling, warehousing, and distribution to customers. In this role, you will support billing, collection, and receivable monitoring to help ensure smooth cash flow and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately
- Handle tax administration and tax filing processes
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing activities
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Manage invoices, payments, and supporting documents
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Collaborate with other departments regarding financial matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field
- Understanding of accounting and taxation processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Familiar with financial statement preparation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
- Having experience in accounting and tax is a plus
- Brevet A & B certification is an advantage
- Willing to work on-site at Marunda Center, following office hours (Monday–Saturday)
- Willing to perform bank reconciliation with the Accounting team at Head Office Ancol once a week
