Job description for Finance Accounting Tax Officer at PT Leap Digital Indonesia
Job Summary
We’re looking for a Finance, Accounting & Tax Officer to join our team and support our financial
operations end-to-end. You’ll handle financial reporting, tax compliance, and day-to-day accounting
activities, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with PSAK/IFRS and Indonesian tax regulations. This
role also involves managing reconciliations, supporting budgeting and cash flow, and working closely
with auditors and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
● Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (PSAK/IFRS)
● Manage daily bookkeeping and ensure accurate and timely financial transaction records
● Calculate, prepare, and submit tax obligations (PPh, PPN, e-Bupot, SPT) in compliance with
Indonesian tax regulations
● Conduct regular bank, receivable, payable, and inventory reconciliations
● Handle budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and operational cost control
● Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and tax authorities
● Develop and maintain financial SOPs to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy
● Support internal reporting needs for management and regulators (OJK, KSEI, and related parties)
Minimum Qualification
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 2-3 years experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax
● Strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS, Indonesian Tax (PPh, PPN, e-Bupot, SPT) & audit processes
● Brevet A & B required
● Proficient in Accurate/Jurnal/SAP & advanced Excel
● Skilled in budgeting, cash flow, bank reconciliation & financial reporting
● Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive & deadline-driven
● High integrity & confidentiality in financial data
Preferred Qualifications
● Brevet C / CPA / CA preferred
● FinTech / Securities Crowdfunding experience is a plus
