Finance Accounting Tax Manager /Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)
• Oversee full-cycle accounting: AR, AP, inventory, payroll, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions
• Prepare accurate monthly/annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) compliant with PASK
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support scalable operations
• Ensure tax compliance (VAT, PPh 21/23/25) and coordinate external audits (KAP) and tax consultants
• Manage consolidated financial reporting
• Supervise finance & accounting team; provide coaching and performance management
• Drive process automation and system optimization to meet public company standards
What We Look For :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Able to Speak and Write mandarin in working setting standard is a MUST , report to china expat
• Minimum 8–10 years in finance/accounting, with 3+ years in leadership
• Proven track record managing audits, tax compliance, and financial reporting in multi-outlet retail/FMCG
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Accurate) and advanced Excel (pivot, macros, modeling)
• Strong understanding of PSAK/IFRS, internal controls, and corporate governance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
