PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia is looking for a Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Leader to join our team and lead our finance, accounting, and tax functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leader or supervisory role.
- Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage finance, accounting, and tax operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and coordinate with external parties.
