Job description for Finance Accounting Supervisor at Bynads Group
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead
- Experience in e-commerce or online retail industries
- Familiar with accounting software such as Accurate, Jurnal.id, or similar platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work accurately within deadlines
Responsibilities :
Finance
1. Record all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
2. Manage cash inflow, cash outflow, and petty cash according to company procedures
3. Prepare and process payments to vendors/suppliers based on supporting documents
4. Perform regular bank reconciliations
5. Maintain and organize financial documents systematically in accordance with audit standards
Accounting
1. Record daily transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, cash, and bank transactions
2. Manage AP/AR, including invoice validation and payment scheduling
3. Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
4. Assist in budgeting and operational cost control
5. Support internal and external audit processes
