🔍 Responsibilities
- Supervise daily finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Develop and improve financial procedures and internal controls
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting principles
- Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Certified Accountant (CPA/ACCA) is a plus
- Willing to travel for business trips when required
