Job Description
- Oversee and manage daily finance and accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and cash flow management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting, compliance, and reconciliations (PPh, PPN, and annual corporate income tax).
- Monitor budget utilization, perform variance analysis, and report financial insights to management.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the finance and accounting team.
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners.
- Lead and drive the adoption of AI and automation tools in finance and accounting to improve accuracy, efficiency, and insights, including process improvement, workflow, digitization, and data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior capacity (FMCG background is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of PSAK, tax regulations, and internal financial controls.
- Proficient in accounting software/SAP systemsand advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI, ChatGPT, Excel AI tools, or similar).
- Strong Interest and capability to identify, implement, and scale AI-driven solutions in finance (e.g., automated reconciliations, data analytics, reporting, forecasting).
