Job Description
- Manage daily financial operations, including cash flow monitoring, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
- Process vendor payments and monitor customer collections to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Record journal entries, review supporting documents, and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and supporting financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure consistency between internal records and bank statements.
- Manage and monitor petty cash transactions, including documentation and reconciliation.
- Support the month-end closing process and ensure all financial data is completed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting; Preferably From Multinational Company (Basic knowledge IFRS)
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in accounting software such as Accurate, Jurnal, Xero, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and IF formulas.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (PSAK) and basic tax regulations, particularly PPh 21 and PPh 23.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and provide appropriate solutions.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in handling financial data and transactions.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines, especially during month-end closing periods.
- Demonstrate high integrity, honesty, and professionalism in handling confidential financial information.
- Possess good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
