Job description for Finance Accounting Staff at Batik Wolter
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate financial reports and account reconciliations in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Manage AR/AP processes, monitor receivables, vendor payments, and ensure timely and accurate transaction recording.
- Verify payroll calculations against employee attendance records.
- Prepare financial reports for tax reporting in coordination with the Tax Division.
- Prepare weekly recapitulations for Tailor and Logistics teams.
- Monitor procurement transactions, inventory movements, and stock reconciliation between warehouse records and accounting data.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate documentation of goods procurement, inbound/outbound movements, and related expenses.
- Monitor internal controls, support external audits, and coordinate the AR/AP team to ensure efficient operations and continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, or similar roles (internship experience is considered).
- Proficient in Accurate Accounting System, Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, SUMIFS).
- Understanding of accounting processes, AR/AP, inventory, and procurement.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in project monitoring and process improvement.
- ERP experience is preferred.
