Job description for Finance Accounting Staff at PT Ratu Perdana Indah Jaya
Job Description
- Handle accounting transactions including monthly closing and preparation of journal entries
- Ensure that all data comply with the applicable accounting standards and tax regulations
- Manage AR & AP settlement and controlling, ensure timely payments and receipts.
- Prepare AR Aging reports and closely monitor/follow-up all outstanding receivables
- Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Record of payment collected from customers
- Check accuracy and completeness of staff claim’s documents
- Maintain proper approval for all transactions and filling all supporting documents
- Support to internal and external audits inquiry
- Other tasks deemed necessary assigned by superiors
Job Requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong administration and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of AR & AP processes, settlement, and controlling.
- Ability to perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Attention to detail for document filing and finance administration.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3 years minimum of experience in finance or accounting role.
