Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Finance Accounting Staff to support our finance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Support monthly closing and reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (hospitality industry experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (MYOB, Zahir etc) and MS Excel.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, team player, and professional appearance.
