FINANCE ACCOUNTING TAX SUPERVISOR TRAYA AKSELERASI GROUP (TAG)
We are looking for an Accounting & Finance Supervisor to manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations across our group entities. This role is ideal for someone who can go beyond data entry who understands structure, reporting, cashflow control, and can work confidently with internal stakeholders and external tax consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Reporting
- Manage bookkeeping for multiple entities within the group
- Lead monthly closing and prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow)
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage AR/AP (receivables/payables)
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial records
- Finance & Control
- Prepare and monitor group-level cashflow planning
- Control costs and monitor burn rate across entities
- Track profitability per entity and provide insights to support management decisions
- Tax (Compliance-Level)
- Prepare basic tax calculations and documentation (PPh 21, PPh 23, VAT/PPN)
- Coordinate with external tax consultant for review and filing
- Prepare supporting documents for audit/tax review when requires
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Accounting & Finance (Supervisor/Lead experience is a plus)
- Proven experience handling multi-entity/group reporting and varied transactions
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, monthly closing, and financial reporting
- Basic tax compliance knowledge and strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently, communicate clearly, and deliver analytical insights
- Comfortable working with leadership (Owners/Directors) and external consultants
- Experience in agencies/fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with accounting software and improving finance processes
