Finance Accounting Senior Associate

Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory, with 5 years (3 years as senior staff/supervisor) experience in Finance. Background from start-up is a big plus.
- Proven track record in managing end-month/end-year closing, financial audit, due-dilligence, and other regulatory compliance.
- Thorough knowledge of Indonesian accounting standard (PSAK, IFRS, etc) and all local tax regulations (Ppn, Pph21, Pph23, etc). Has good network in the relevant areas and experienced in handling any mitigation or preventive mitigation as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data, perform variance analysis, identify financial risks, and provide strategic insights to support business decision-making.
- Expert proficiency in accounting softwares (ERP) with advanced excel skills, with strong conversational English & Bahasa Indonesia in both written and verbal communication.
Working Scope :
- Financial Reporting & Compliance. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PSAK standards while coordinating audits, managing tax obligations, and ensuring robust internal controls to support strategic decision-making.
- Treasury & Cash Management. Oversee daily cash operations, accounts receivable/payable processes, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationships to optimize working capital, ensure liquidity, and support business growth initiatives.
- Financial Analysis & Business Partnering. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, develop budgets and forecasts, analyze profitability by segment, create financial models for business opportunities, and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Cost Accounting & Operations. Manage cost accounting processes including variance analysis and inventory valuation, analyze product costs and margins, implement cost control measures, and collaborate with operations teams to optimize cost structures and improve profitability.
- Systems & Process Improvement. Lead implementation and optimization of accounting systems and ERP platforms, design efficient accounting processes, drive automation initiatives, ensure data integrity, and mentor junior staff on systems and best practices.
