Finance & Accounting Specialist (Reporting to China Headquarter)
Job Description
Take charge of financial accounting and reporting for Indonesia subsidiary. In compliance with local Indonesian laws and regulations, liaise with and review accounting reports and tax‑related matters prepared by local finance staff, to ensure authenticity and accuracy of financial statements, mitigate tax‑related costs and risks. Sort out and optimize accounting workflows and drive implementation.
Conduct financial analysis and risk identification. Report operational performance to head office on a regular basis, assist in capital and tax risk control, and support the group’s oversight over overseas business.
Establish and implement internal‑control procedures covering treasury, settlement and asset management. Promote business‑finance alignment and proper documentation retention, and coordinate with head‑quarter internal audit activities.
Build validation mechanisms for tax filing and financial reporting to ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and avoid compliance risks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Audit or related disciplines, with 3‑5 years of relevant professional experience in finance.
Proficient in both English and Chinese as working languages.
Solid knowledge of financial statement preparation; skilled in Excel and Word.
Preference for candidates with experience in Chinese-invested enterprises or audit background.
