Job description for Finance Accounting Manager at PT. DATA NUSANTARA ADHIKARYA
Job Description :
- Ensure the continuity of the company’s financial health, optimize value for shareholders, and assist the company in achieving its strategic goals.
- Lead the finance team and provide strategic direction in the company’s financial management.
- Involved in designing the company’s financial policies and ensuring compliance.
- Communicate with various parties, including top management, the board of directors, and external stakeholders.
- Interact with other functional departments, such as production, marketing, and human resources, to support the overall goals of the company.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Oversee long-term budgeting and cost management in alignment with the company’s strategic plan.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager.
- Experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and management.
- Understanding of ISO 9001, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
- Proven track record in managing complex financial operations and leading a finance team.
