Kualifikasi :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance
- More than 8 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, with at least 3 years in a Managerial position
- Experience in textile/garment manufacturing companies is preferred
- Strong understanding of PSAK, IFRS, manufacturing costing, inventory, and Indonesian taxation
- Experienced in preparing financial statements and handling audits
- Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Possess strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Brevet/CPA/CA certification is an added advantage
- Active English skills are required; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
Job Desc :
- Manage and supervise all company accounting activities in accordance with PSAK and company policies
- Ensure monthly and annual closing processes are completed accurately and on time
- Prepare and review the company’s financial statements
- Control General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), fixed assets, inventory, costing, and production cost analysis
- Ensure compliance with taxation regulations (VAT, withholding tax, and tax reporting/SPT)
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and internal controls
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Implement improvements to accounting SOPs and processes
- Lead and develop the accounting team
- Ensure optimal implementation of the ERP/accounting system
- Handling tax office requirement
