Job Description:
- Oversee financial operations, prepare reports, and analyze financial data for decision-making.
- Develop and monitor budgets while ensuring cost efficiency.
- Ensure tax compliance, manage reporting, and coordinate audits.
- Maintain a healthy cash flow and mitigate financial risks.
- Lead the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team while collaborating with other departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
- At least 6 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with 3 years in a managerial role (Retail industry preferred).
- Willing to travel and eager to take on challenges.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and SAP systems.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses strong leadership skills.
