Bank Transfer & Payment Processing (Primary)
Processing payments via online banking, ensuring data accuracy, managing payment schedules, and documenting transfer receipts.
Financial Administration
Recording and managing financial transactions, and filing documents (invoices, receipts, transfer receipts).
Cash & Bank Administration
Recording cash and bank transactions and assisting with bank reconciliation.
Financial Reporting Support
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and preparing data for monthly closings.
Tax Support
Assisting with the collection of documents for tax reporting.
