Job description for Finance, Accounting, and Tax at Magna Solusi Indonesia

Mengelola transaksi utang-piutang (AP/AR), menerbitkan invoice, memproses pembayaran, mengelola kas kecil (petty cash), memverifikasi reimbursement, serta melakukan rekonsiliasi bank.
Mencatat transaksi harian, mengelola buku besar, mendata aktiva tetap, serta menyusun laporan keuangan bulanan dan rekapitulasi biaya.
Menghitung, menyetor, dan melaporkan pajak perusahaan (PPh, PPN, SPT Masa, dan SPT Tahunan) sesuai dengan regulasi perpajakan yang berlaku.
Menghitung dan memproses gaji bulanan, potongan BPJS, tunjangan karyawan, serta mendistribusikan slip gaji.
Merapikan dan mengarsipkan seluruh dokumen transaksi, serta mendampingi proses audit pajak maupun audit eksternal.
