Job description for Finance Accounting & Tax at PT. ANEKA PLASTINDO INDUSTRI

1. Menginput data transaksi harian (pemasukan dan pengeluaran).

2. Menyusun jurnal transaksi keuangan.

3. Menyusun laporan keuangan, meliputi:

- Neraca

- Laporan Laba Rugi

- Arus Kas (Cash Flow)

- Petty Cash

4. Account Receivable (AR), Melliputi :

- Membuat dan mengirim invoice ke customer

- Mencatat pembayaran customer dan Berkoordinasi dengan tim sales terkait penagihan

- Monitoring jatuh tempo piutang

- Follow up customer yang belum melakukan pembayaran

- Rekonsiliasi saldo piutang dengan pembayaran yang diterima

- membuat laporan aging receivable dan rekonsiliasi saldo piutang

5. Laporan keuangan bulanan dan tahunan.

6. Mengoperasikan sistem akuntansi (misalnya Accurate atau SAP)
