Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan, Perpajakan, atau jurusan terkait

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang Finance, Accounting, dan Tax

• Memahami administrasi keuangan, invoicing, rekonsiliasi, serta perpajakan (PPN & e-Faktur)

• Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

• Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan software keuangan menjadi nilai tambah

• Teliti, detail, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik

• Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim

• Diutamakan berdomisili di Bekasi dan sekitarnya

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Administrasi dan pencatatan keuangan harian

• Rekap pemasukan dan pengeluaran Perusahaan

• Pengelolaan invoice serta monitoring pembayaran dan jatuh tempo

• Administrasi perpajakan dan pengelolaan e-Faktur

• Input data pada sistem keuangan Perusahaan

• Pengarsipan dokumen finance & accounting

• Monitoring asset list Perusahaan

• Penyusunan laporan dan reporting berkala
