Jobs and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate company financial records in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Prepare and review the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Review the reconciliations, including Bank, Accounts Receivables, and Accounts Payables.
- Handle tax reporting and filings, including Coretax.
- Assist in the Company budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualification dan Skills:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a GPA of at least 3.30.
- Possession of Brevet A and B Tax Certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Able to work under pressure, both individually and in a team setting.
- Can be contacted after working hours when needed.
