Job Description:

1. Manage and record the company's daily financial transactions (receipts and expenditures).
2. Prepare and reconcile monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
3. Ensure compliance with the company’s financial policies and procedures.
4. Conduct bank reconciliation and verify bank statements with internal records.
5. Handle company tax administration, such as withholding tax, VAT, or other relevant taxes (PPh 21, PPN 23, etc).
6. Develop and monitor budgets, identifying variances between budget and actual.
7. Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoices, payments, and billing.
8. Analyze profitability and performance metrics for individual courses or programs, providing insights for revenue optimization and cost control.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with a GPA of 3.50/4.00.
3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation.
4. Familiarity with tax regulations, including withholding TAX and VAT.
5. Ability to work independently.
