Job description for Finance Accounting and Tax at SOP Hub
PT Supreme Optimus Prime is looking for a Finance Accounting and Tax Officer to join our team. In this role, you will handle end to end financial operations, ensure accurate accounting records, and manage tax compliance across multiple projects and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years experience in finance, accounting, and tax.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation and PSAK standards.
- Experienced in handling full accounting cycle independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting tools such as Accurate or Jurnal.id.
- Detail oriented, trustworthy, and able to work independently. Able to prepare financial and management reports.
- Experience in outsourcing, consulting, or engineering industry is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations including petty cash, bank transactions, invoicing, and project payments.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping, journals, and project based financial records.
- Prepare monthly closing, financial statements, and management reports.
- Handle tax calculation, reporting, and compliance including PPN and PPh.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost allocation across projects.
- Coordinate with management, auditors, and tax consultants to ensure compliance.
