Job description for Finance, Accounting & Tax at OMG Pasta
What You’ll Do:
• Record and check daily financial transactions (cash, bank, AP/AR, petty cash) 🧾
• Help prepare monthly financial reports based on accounting standards with supervisor guidance
• Handle bank reconciliation and AP/AR reconciliation
• Assist with tax reporting (VAT, PPh 21 & 23, and monthly tax reports)
• Monitor cash flow and budget usage 💰
• Keep financial and tax documents well-organized and properly filed
• Support the implementation of Finance & Accounting SOPs
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth financial operations 🤝
• Assist during internal and external audits when needed
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Finance 🎓
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax (fresh graduates are welcome!)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.)
• Familiar with accounting software like Accurate or ERP systems is a plus
• Basic understanding of PSAK, VAT, and Indonesian tax regulations
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Tax Brevet A & B is a plus ➕
• Willing to be placed in Cempaka Putih, Jakarta Pusat
• Can join ASAP 🚀
