FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX — HIRING CRITERIA
Education
- Minimum D3 in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related fields.
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Familiar with AP, AR, journal entries, bank reconciliation, accruals, and financial reporting.
- Able to use **Mekari Jurnal**.
- Basic understanding of Indonesian taxation, particularly PPh and PPN.
Working Requirements
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced agency environment.
- Willing to work with flexible working hours based on operational needs.
- Willing to support weekend work when required, particularly for event-related activities.
Personal Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and responsible.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred
- Previous experience in agency, event, creative, or similar industries.
- Experience with other accounting systems such as Accurate, Xero, Odoo, or SAP.
- Practical experience in Indonesian tax compliance.
