What You'll Do
- Monthly financial statements accurately and on time
- Manage daily finance and accounting
- Handle payroll, PPh 21, dan BPJS
- Handle account reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end closing
- Monitor company cash flow, budgets, and operational expenses.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants when required
- Improve finance SOPs, internal controls, and reporting processes
- Support management with financial analysis and business insights
- Handle General Ledger dan Trial Balance
- Susun laporan konsolidasi lintas entitas
- Proses Reimbursement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree di Accounting, Finance, atau related field
- Strong understanding in Indonesian accounting standards
- Experienced in preparing financial statements independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software
- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong sense of ownership
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
