Job description for Finance, Accounting and Tax at Indofun Digital Technology
Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting.
2. Minimum 2 year of work experience.
3. Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT (PPN), Withholding Tax (PPh), Tax Invoices, and tax reporting.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, and other advanced functions).
5. Proficient in accounting software such as Accurate (Desktop/Online); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
6. Experience handling multiple company entities (multi-company environment) is an advantage.
7. Holding a Brevet A & B Tax Certification is an advantage.
8. Good command of both written and spoken English is an advantage.
9. Working days: Monday to Saturday
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Record and post financial transactions into the accounting system.
2. Perform bank and petty cash reconciliations.
3. Conduct monthly stock opname at the beginning of each month and reconcile physical inventory with the accounting records.
4. Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
5. Execute month-end closing and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
6. Manage invoices, payments, accounts payable, and employee reimbursements.
7. Prepare Sales Invoices and Delivery Orders (DO), and coordinate with the Tax Team for Tax Invoice issuance.
8. Support tax administration, including VAT reconciliation and intercompany transactions.
9. Review import documents (PIB), customs duties, and prepare financial reports for management.
