Job description for Finance Accounting and Tax Staff at PT Handa Teknologi Indonesia
Job Description:
- Prepare payment requests, check document completeness before payment is made, and record payment journal entries in the accounting system.
- Have a thorough understanding of how to prepare and file income tax reports under Articles 21, 22, 23, 25, 29, Final 4(2), and the VAT report, then submit them via Coretax.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Support the budgeting process and financial forecasting.
- Performing daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor in Accounting, Tax, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in the related field.
- Understand the financial, accounting, and tax systems and report properly.
- Understand the flow Account Payable and Account Receivable.
- Proficient in microsoft excel, google spreadsheets, and operating accounting and tax software such as Accurate and Coretax.
- Able to make tax E-SPT, PPH 21, 22, 23, 25, 29, Final 4(2), and the VAT report.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and proactive in problem solving.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferably have taken the Brevet A, B tax course.
- Placement in Head Office (Cipayung, East Jakarta).
