Job description for Finance Accounting and Tax Specialist at PT. Fruitio Green Delight
Job Descriptions:
- Handle daily accounting transactions, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and monthly closing.
- Support tax calculation, reporting, and compliance.
- Prepare financial reports and support budgeting activities.
- Manage end-to-end import processes, from documentation to customs clearance and warehouse delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and relevant authorities.
- Check import documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, and PO.
- Monitor import costs, customs duties, taxes, and landed costs.
- Ensure all finance and import transactions are properly recorded and documented.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Tax with hands-on import experience.
- Understand accounting, taxation, import procedures, customs, HS Code, and Incoterms.
- Strong Excel and accounting/ERP skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and good at problem solving.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
