Finance, Accounting, & Tax Officer Studio Tropik
Job Description :
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day AP/AR processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations. This role also involves assisting with VAT reporting, monitoring petty cash and outstanding balances, maintaining financial records in SAP, and coordinating with vendors and clients to ensure smooth accounting operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably in the beauty manufacturing industry.
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including journal entries, accounts payable (AP), and outgoing/incoming payment processes.
- Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations, tax calculations, reporting, and e-Faktur, DJP Online, or Coretax systems.
- Proficient in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to maintain high standards of data accuracy.
- Willing to work on-site in Joglo, West Jakarta, and travel to the Gunung Sindur area as required.
