Job description for Finance, Accounting, and Tax Officer at Emtrade
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Generate financial reports and statements as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns (e.g., income, sales, property, payroll).
- Maintain up-to-date records of all tax-related documents and transactions.
- Ensure all tax documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant with regulations.
- Monitoring petty cash
- Making and executing payment schedules
- Cashflow management & projections, ensure financial liquidity and payment prioritization
- Support in the preparation and monitoring of budgets
- Stay updated on financial and tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Assist in ensuring the organization's financial practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Tax and Accounting.
- Brevet A & B Certificate
- Proven experience in financial administration, tax administration, tax accounting, or a related role.
- In-depth knowledge of tax compliance, tax returns, and tax planning.
- Up-to-date with current tax regulations and changes in tax laws.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to relocate to Surakarta
