Job description for Finance Accounting and Tax Manager at Pt. Global Mobility Service Indonesia
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field from reputable univeristy.
- Brevet A & B certification is preferred (Brevet C is a plus).
- Strong understanding of PSAK and IFRS.
- CPA certification or Master Degree in Accounting would be an advantage
Working Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounting, Finance and Tax.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in managerial role.
- Experienced in handling monthly and yearly financial closing processes.
- Experienced in handling external audits conducted by Public Accounting Firms (KAP).
- Experience in multinational companies is preferred.
Qualifications & Requirements
A. Accounting & Financial Reporting
1. Strong understanding of PSAK and IFRS and able to apply them in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
2. Experienced in processing and analyzing financial data using Microsoft Excel and accounting systems/ERP to support financial and management reporting.
3. Able to prepare financial reports accurately and on time, including Financial Reports, Cash Flow Reports, management reports, and other supporting schedules.
4. Strong analytical skills in identifying financial, operational, and tax-related issues.
5. Able to develop and improve financial SOPs, accounting procedures, and internal control processes.
B. Audit & Taxation
1. Experienced in handling internal audits and external audits conducted by Public Accounting Firms (KAP), including preparation of audit documents, coordination with auditors, and follow-up on audit findings.
2. Up to date with current tax regulations and familiar with the Coretax system for tax administration and reporting.
3. Experienced in handling corporate tax matters independently, including VAT (PPN), withholding taxes, Corporate Income Tax (PPh Badan), tax payment, tax reporting, and tax reconciliation in accordance with applicable regulations.
4. Experienced in handling tax audit matters, including responding to SP2DK and coordinating with the tax office when required.
5. Able to coordinate well with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external parties.
C. Leadership & Operations
1. Experienced in leading and supervising accounting, finance and tax teams, including reviewing team members’ work to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
2. Experienced in handling payroll processing, BPJS compliance, and other statutory obligations.
3. Able to work under tight deadlines, manage priorities well, and maintain a high level of responsibility toward assigned work.
4. Good teamwork and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and adapt to dynamic working environments.
D. Communication & Reporting
1. Able to prepare reports and supporting data required by headquarters in Japan accurately and within deadlines.
2. Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken, for daily work and coordination with related parties.
