Job description for Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager at Kho Alliance
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Accounting, Finance & Tax Manager to oversee and manage the Company’s accounting, financial, and taxation functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Accounting, Finance & Tax team.
- Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure that financial reports are accurate, complete, timely, and compliant with applicable accounting standards.
- Oversee general ledger activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and management reports.
- Manage banking transactions, payments, collections, and other treasury activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian taxation laws and regulations.
- Review and supervise the preparation, payment, and filing of all applicable tax returns, including Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Taxes, VAT, and Individual Income Tax.
- Manage tax audits, tax objections, and correspondence with the Indonesian Tax Office.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, government authorities, and other relevant parties.
- Develop and maintain effective financial controls, accounting policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Identify financial and tax risks and provide practical recommendations to management.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to support management’s decision-making.
- Maintain the confidentiality and proper management of all financial and corporate information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and taxation, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), IFRS, and applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, budgets, cash-flow reports, and management reports.
- Experience in handling financial and tax audits and liaising with auditors and tax authorities.
- Must hold Brevet Pajak A & B certification.
- Additional professional certifications, such as Brevet Pajak C, USKP/BKP, Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other relevant certifications, are an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; experience with Accurate or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.

- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
