Job description for Finance accounting & Tax Manager at One3 Motoshop
FAT MANAGER
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Managerial position or equivalent.
- Proven experience in leading and developing Finance, Accounting & Tax teams.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, accounting, financial analysis, and internal control.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in taxation, including Corporate Income Tax (PPh), VAT (PPN), e-Faktur, e-Bupot, tax returns (SPT), and corporate tax compliance.
- Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and the ability to identify and mitigate tax risks.
- Ability to provide financial analysis, strategic insights, and recommendations to management regarding the company’s financial and business conditions.
- Proactive in providing ideas, improvements, and solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Finance, Accounting & Tax processes.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with management and cross-functional departments.
- Proficient in accounting software such as Accurate, Jurnal, or equivalent systems.
- Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.
- Experience in retail, distribution, automotive, trading, or businesses with complex transactions is an advantage.
- High level of Integrity, attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work under targets and deadlines.
