Job description for Finance Accounting & Tax Manager at Kilap Global Group
The Finance Accounting Tax Manager plays a key role in managing the company's financial health, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights for business growth. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and internal controls while leading a finance team to drive efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Accounting Operations: Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and daily financial activities, ensuring cash flow stability.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international tax regulations, manage tax filings, and optimize tax strategies.
- Financial Strategy & Risk Management: Develop and implement financial strategies, manage financial risks, and enhance cost efficiency.
- Internal Controls & Compliance: Implement effective financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance performance and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Age 30-38
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry or startup environment is an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Accurate, Jurnal, or other ERP systems.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with internal and external audits and implementation of internal controls.
- Willing to be placed in Malang.
