Position Overview
The Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all financial, accounting, taxation, and purchasing operations of Powerbrain. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, full compliance with tax regulations, efficient procurement processes, and strong internal control across all company expenditures. This role will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
- Oversee daily accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, closing).
- Ensure compliance with PSAK and internal accounting standards.
- Handle all tax matters (PPh, PPN, withholding tax) and manage tax audits.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial procedures.
- Oversee the purchasing process: vendor selection, negotiations, PO issuance, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and project needs.
- Lead and develop the Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Purchasing team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Tax, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong experience handling taxation and procurement/purchasing workflows.
- Solid understanding of PSAK, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Proficient in accounting software (Accurate, SAP, Odoo, or similar) and Talenta.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
- Experience in technology, engineering, or project-based industries is a plus.
