We’re looking for a Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to join our team and play an important role in managing the company’s financial health and supporting business growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Finance, Accounting & Tax functions, including cash flow management, budgeting, financial reporting, tax, treasury, and financial analysis. You will also work closely with different teams to provide financial insights and recommendations that support effective business decisions.
In this role, you’ll be involved in:
- Lead and oversee the Finance, Accounting & Tax functions to ensure effective and efficient financial operations.
- Manage and monitor company cash flow, bank balances, fund allocation, and payment priorities.
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate annual budgets and actual spending across the company.
- Review monthly financial reports and consolidated financial statements.
- Analyze P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and company profitability across different business channels.
- Monitor accounting, tax, AP, AR, reimbursement, vendor payments, and treasury activities.
- Monitor the monthly and annual financial closing process and ensure timely reporting.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.
- Monitor financial processes and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and other external parties as needed.
- Lead and monitor the Finance, Accounting & Tax team to ensure effective execution and achievement of targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, marketplace, or multi-channel business is preferred.
- Experience in leading a Finance or Accounting team is a plus.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet and familiar with accounting systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple financial priorities effectively.
